Do you make custom or personalized orders?

Yes! I am currently in the process of adding a detailed Custom page to the site. Until then, please contact me. Be sure to give lots of details and an ideal timeframe for completion when submitting your request. All other products will ship WITH your custom product(s) to save on shipping costs, so please keep that in mind when ordering. 

Are your stickers waterproof?

All stickers are printed in my home studio on water resistant gloss vinyl. This means they work fine on laptops, water bottles (hand wash only), notebooks, etc. but will not hold up on cars or in/on areas with constant water or weather exposure. 

Are the clay earrings breakable? How should I take care of them?

Polymer clay can be delicate, so handle with care! It is a rather flexible material and can snap if bent or tossed around too much. That being said, polymer clay is very durable, even at larger sizes, when kept safe regularly. I recommend keeping your earrings on their backer cards or in a jewelry box/organizer when not in use. 

What can I expect with shipping? How long will it take?

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You can generally expect to receive your order within 3-5 days once shipped. Please keep in mind that all orders require 2-3 days of processing time to prepare your order. This is not the same as shipping time, so plan accordingly! 

Do you accept returns, give refunds, or take exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges and I am not liable for what happens to your order once it leaves my home studio. Should your order arrive broken or missing something, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to me and we will work something out.

I am local. Can I just pick it up or you deliver it?

Yes! You can choose Local Pickup at checkout and I will reach out to arrange a pick up or delivery. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at the monthly Booth Fairy Project Trunkshow in downtown Asheville NC - just message me beforehand so I can bring your order!
